                                                                 VODKA                                 

BARR HILL VODKA                                  

Our relationship with the land and honey bees inspired and gave birth to this vodka. The soul of a beekeeper is filled with the rhythms that flow through the seasons, reflecting the changes in the flowers, rains, sun and all the forces that are a part of this beautiful mystery. Barr Hill Vodka is crafted from honey at our micro-distillery on the banks of the Lamoille River in Caledonia Country of the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Honey is carefully fermented in small batches, then gently distilled in our custom stills. The spirit which emerges reflects the essence of the soil and flowers visited by the bees.

 

DISTRICT MADE                                      

We feel that the clean, spicy finish of distilled rye makes for the finest and most interesting straight drinking vodka. Rye is a traditional crop of the mid-Atlantic as well as the most commonly used grain in the ancient origins of vodka in Eastern Europe. Ours is sourced from Maryland's Eastern shore. We use Russian filtering technology for an even smoother finish but make no mistake, this is a vodka with character: Unmistakable hints of vanilla on the nose with a luscious, creamy mouth feel. District Made Vodka is a rare, flavorful vodka that can be savored neat, with a mildly spicy flavor that gives way to sweet, smooth finish that is soft on the palate. Keep an eye out for future limited releases of special infused vodkas.

 

CHARBAY                                        

 Charbay's 13th Generation Master Distiller, Marko Karakasevic, chose American Midwest corn and rye for Charbay Clear Vodka. It is distilled to 192 proof for purity, then gently filtered to preserve the spirit's body and mouthfeel.

To 'cut' the vodka to 80 proof, Marko uses Charbay's proprietary water process.

We do not filter through charcoal, limestone or filter-agents.

 

 BOYD AND BLAIR                                                              

Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka is made by batch from an original mash using only locally grown potatoes. Each batch is hand crafted in a 1,200 liter copper pot still using only the “hearts” of the run.

THE BOTANIST                        

An exciting and unusual gin from Islay whisky distillery Bruichladdich, The Botanist is made in a Lomond still christened Ugly Betty and contains no fewer than 31 botanicals, of which 22 are native to the Southern Hebridean island itself. These latter include the likes of mugwort, meadowsweet and the enigmatic Lady's Bedstraw flowers, and the resultant dry gin is described, perhaps unsurprisingly, as 'floral'.

 BARR HILL GIN                              

The gin is a celebration of our special connection to the land. We use pure grain spirits as a canvas to showcase juniper berry and raw northern honey. Added just before bottling, the raw honey imparts unique floral qualities that vary with season and blossom. Our distillery, on the banks of the Lamoille River in the Northeast Kingdom, is rooted in the agriculture of Vermont. Hardwick, Caledonia Country, is a community inspired by farms where the production of milk, cheese, timber, grains, honey, seeds, and herbs are part of our lives and help define our place.

 

BARR HILL GIN TOMCAT                

 Barrel aged 4-6 months in new, charred American White Oak, Tom Cat is a completely unique gin with whiskey-like notes of oak, spice and a finish of juniper and raw honey. Tom Cat is the modern day adoption of 18th century England’s most revered spirit, Old Tom gin. After gin was outlawed by the Spirits Act of 1750, rebellious pub owners would hang a wooden plaque shaped like a black cat to inform the passerby of their defiance of the ban. Deposit a few pennies through the cat’s mouth and a bartender would pour a ration of Old Tom to be sipped through a tube between the cat’s paws.   

 

DEATH’S DOOR                                                                                       

 Death's Door Gin has a surprisingly simple botanical mix of juniper berries, coriander and fennel. Using juniper berries that grow wild on Washington Island with coriander and fennel sourced from within the state, Death's Door Spirits is able to showcase how complementary and complex simple expressions can be. Like our vodka, Death's Door Gin employs a base of Washington Island wheat and malted barley from Chilton, Wisconsin. Death's Door Gin has a full London Dry flavor without all of the bitterness because of our extraction process and the base spirit we use (i.e., our vodka). In fact, you can taste all three botanicals: loaded juniper berries up front; spicy, citrusy notes from the coriander seeds in the mid-palate; and a soft, cooling finish provided by the fennel seeds. Death's Door Gin is big enough to stand up to classic or vintage cocktail treatment, but soft enough to be enjoyed on the rocks or as a dry martini. It truly is the "utility" gin of our time.      

 

AVIATION                                                           

   Created to change the way people think about gin, Aviation American Gin is made in the traditional dry style with anything but a traditional flavor profile. Aviation explores the rich, floral and savory notes of lavender, cardamom, and sarsaparilla to capture the lushness, spice, creativity, and freshness of the Pacific Northwest. This harmonious blend allows the craft spirit to shine on its own as well as when mixed in vintage drinks or contemporary culinary cocktails.

Earning 97 Points from Wine Enthusiast, Aviation American Gin is naturally gluten free and made with neutral grain spirit.

 

GREEN HAT                                       

Distilled by Hand from 100% Grain and Select Botanicals in Small Batches in a Copper Pot Still. This classic spirit is the modern gentleman’s perfect life-style accessory.

Hand-made from grain to glass, each numbered batch of Green Hat Gin is crafted step-by-step over a one month period, featuring a clear juniper nose, hints of citrus lightness and coriander spice, a vague recollection of root botanical earthiness, a subtle note of grains of paradise pepperiness, an herbal whisper of celery, and a rewarding complexity. The result is a super-premium gin that excels both in the finest cocktails and with a small cube in the gin-lover’s neat glass.

 

BLUE COAT                                             

 A REVOLUTIONARY SPIRIT THAT LEADS WITH REFRESHINGLY SWEET AROMATICS, GIVING WAY TO SOFT AND EARTHY JUNIPER NOTES. THE BODY IS INTENSELY SMOOTH WITH A COMPLEX DEPTH OF FLAVORS THAT REVEAL THEMSELVES AS THEY PERMEATE THE PALATE. THE BRIGHT FINISH IS EXCEPTIONALLY LONG AND COMPLETES AN EXPERIENCE THAT IS INCREDIBLY PLEASING TO THE SENSES.

Hendrick’s wondrous botanical signature consists of flowers, roots, fruits, and seeds from the world over. They function to complement and set the stage for our delicious duet of infusions: rose petal and cucumber.

 

 

                                                          WHISKEY

 

WILLETT POT STILL BOURBON          

The Willett family's long distilling history began in France in brandy production. They brought their expertise to the American Colonies in the early 1600s, eventually settling in Bardstown, Kentucky. Here, they were involved in the founding of several renowned bourbon distilleries. Willett Single Barrel Estate Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is handmade from carefully selected grains, proprietary yeast, and distinctive limestone spring water. After distillation, the spirit is aged in white oak casks until it reaches peak maturity. This is based on expert barrel sampling, not an arbitrary age. This is an excellent sipping whiskey with layer upon layer of aroma and flavor. Subtle yet assertive, it displays notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted coconut, brown sugar, honey, tangerine, baking spices, cedar, and a hint of fresh herbs.

 

WIDOW JANE’S BOURBON                    

As great whiskey distillers throughout the world — from Kentucky to Scotland — have long known, it takes sweet water from tough rock to make great whiskey. And, that’s what Widow Jane Whiskey is all about.

This 10 year whiskey is aged to perfection. It drinks like a 20 year bourbon with its deep cherry notes and light tannic finish.

 

JOHNNIE WALKER BLUE                         

Johnnie Walker Blue Label is the pinnacle whisky of the Striding Man Society - it is the epitome of blending. Created to reflect the style of whiskies in the early 19th century, it's created using some of our rarest casks from the Johnnie Walker stocks, the largest in the world.

 

JOHNNIE WALKER PLATINUM          

Inspired by the whiskies John Walker & Sons would craft for favored customers and private gatherings, Platinum Label is a rich blend of single malt and grain whiskies.

Johnnie Walker Platinum Label is a supremely rich, contemporary, and complex 18-year-old blend characterized by a sweet yet elegant Speyside style and subtle Islay smokiness.

 

                                                                     RUM

 

RON ZACAPA 23YR                         

An awesome rum – winner of a Platinum medal and ranked in First Place by the prestigious Beverage Testing Institute in Chicago, with a whopping 97 points. Interestingly, now that industry giants Diageo are distributing Zacapa, the '23 years old' age statement has suddenly been dropped and replaced with a somewhat more plausible claim – the rums used are aged between 6 and 23 years old and are blended together in a solera.

 

PYRAT RUM XO RESERVE                

Pyrat XO Reserve, a blend of 15 year old Caribbean rums, is expertly crafted for complexity and richness. This rum has a rich amber color and layered aromas of caramel, honey, molasses and orange peel. The palate is delicate, almost sweet, spicy, and smooth.

 

 

ANGOSTURA 1919                          

Beautifully soft, revealing a generous and long-lasting array of toasty flavours as a result of long ageing in charred barrels.

 

 

                               TEQUILA

 

  TEQUILA CASAMIGOS BLANCO                     

The Blanco rests for 2 months and is crisp and clean with hints of citrus, vanilla and sweet agave, with a long smooth finish.

 

CASAMIGOS REPOSADO                   

The Reposado, aged for 7 months, is soft, slightly oaky with hints of caramel and cocoa. It has a silky texture with a medium to long smooth finish.

 

CASA NOBLE CRYSTAL                      

The clean, crisp taste of our Blanco tequila celebrates the fresh flavor of the noble Blue Weber Agave. Enticing aromas set the palate for flavors of honey, buttery-sweet cooked agave and a hint of citrus. Triple distilled for a well-balanced and smoother-than-glass finish, this Blanco is in a class by itself.

 

TRES GENERACIONES PLATA           

Our Plata Tequila is an un-aged, crystal clear tequila made from 100% blue agave. It is triple-distilled, giving it a unique pure agave taste and smoothness.

AROMA: Mild fleshy agave with hints of citrus and sweet floral notes

 

                                                          COGNAC

 TESSERON XO LOT NO.90             

   Tesseron Cognac Lot N° 90 X.O. Selection owes its freshness and purity to the vivacity of the house's eaux-de-vies. It displays an especially attractive combination of vigour and complexity, which several ice cubes bring out perfectly.

 The blend consists of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois.    

 

MANGUIN PRISONED PEAR                 

  Nascent fruits are inserted into the bottles during spring, hanging attached upside down in

order to resist rain and mistral wind. Harvested in August. Double-passe distillation.
